3448662 - Specific user is not present in Users List in CMC

Symptom

  • When trying to create, import or synchronize an user in BI Platform, getting the following error:
    • "Could not commit object '<username>' of type 'User' because another object with the same name already exists under object 'Users'. (FWB 00026)"
  • The existing user is not visible from CMC -> Users and Groups
  • User is able to login to BI launchpad and CMC.
