3448692 - Textarea field in the Offer cannot be resized

Fields configured as type="textarea" look different in the Application page and in the Offer Approval page. In the Application page it can be expanded, while in the Offer Approval page the same field (it is a referenced field from the Application) cannot be expanded and the vertical scroll bar appears when the text exceeds the first 2 lines.

It has been confirmed by Product Management that changing the look and feel of any fields of type="textarea" in the Offer would require a new enhancement request.
