3448708 - Disabling questionnaire-specific notifications for one supplier supplier management project automatically applied the setting to the template and all of its projects

Users who can access the advanced view of a supplier management project can disable event notifications for the project.  Event notifications are notifications that are specific to external questionnaires, such as invitations and reminders.  However, previously, if a user made this setting for an individual project, the setting was applied to the project template and all projects created from the template.
