3448752 - It is not possible to enter name with special character in panel for E-Verify - Onboarding 1.0

The US team is unable to add a first or Last name with a special character in I-9 verification panel.

• "First Name: up to 25 alphabetic characters. Spaces and single quotes are allowed. Other special characters and numbers are not allowed."
• "Last Name: up to 40 alphabetic characters. Spaces and single quotes are allowed. Other special characters and numbers are not allowed."
