3448754 - Uploading Serial Numbers for Goods Movement Leading to System Dump

System dumping when you try to upload an Excel file with the serial numbers for Goods Movement confirmation. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Internal Logistics work center. 
2. Go to the Common Tasks and select Goods movement.
3. Enter the relevant Site ID. 
4. Click Add Row.
5. Enter the relevant Product ID and the Source Logistics Area ID.
6. Select Next.
7. Enter the Target Logistics Area ID.
8. Go to the Serial numbers sub-tab.
9. Upload the Excel file with the Serial numbers.
10. The system dumps.

The file is corrupt

Ensure you uploading a non corrupt file.

You can copy the values to a Text Editor (Notepad) and Save. You can thereafter try to upload the Serials using the Text file. Or you can copy the values from the Text Editor back to a new Excel Spreadsheet.

The system should upload the values without an issue this time.
