Why does a keyword search not return jobs which contain the keywords?
How does the keyword search work when UDM is enabled?
What can I do to ensure the keyword search does search the job description?

The keyword search only searches the job req id, title and description fields.

The keyword search does not extend to the header and footers as this would degrade the search value.

In order to make sure the keyword search does return the expected jobs, the standard description fields "listingLayout" (for ICS) and "extListingLayout" must be configured in the requisition template, populated in the requisitions and added to the job layouts via the Token Component : Job Description.
