3448808 - Route Form Tool Error: You cannot move 360 form from the 'Evaluation Stage' to the 'Modification Stage'.

When using the Route Form tool to move a form to a previous step, receive an error:

You cannot move 360 form from the 'Evaluation Stage' to the 'Modification Stage'. Please specify another target step.

or

You cannot move 360 form from the 'Signature Stage' to the 'Evaluation Stage'. Please specify another target step.

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Route Form
3. Enter search criteria > Search
4. Select the form ID > Next
5. Select either Move the form one step back > Next
6. Receive error

This is expected behavior. Once the 360 form is in the 'Evaluation Stage', it cannot be returned to the 'Modification Stage'. Likewise, 360 forms cannot be routed from the Signature step back to the Evaluation step.
