3448995 - Error "Kit Product is not allowed" Appears While Creating Contact for kit Items

Error appears while trying to create contract using kit items 

Error "Kit Product XXX is not allowed." (XXX is a product ID)

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Sourcing and Contracting work center
2. Go to Common Tasks
3. Select "New Contract"
4. Enter All details in General Tab
5. Enter item in Items tab
6. You get an error

In the current release, we do not support kits in Strategic sourcing (contracts, quotes, shopping cart) scenario. This has been documented in the help center document - Kits Process Flow.
