3449029 - The names of the candidates are not visible in Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding

The user responsible for 'Manage Pending Hires' cannot see the names of the candidates on the page.

1. Login as the user who is responsible for Manage Pending Hires.

2. Navigate to the Manage Pending Hires page.

3. The names of the candidates are not visible on the Manage Pending Hires page.

The user permissions are incorrect.

For Manage Pending Hires, user need to have the following permissions:

• Employee Central API -> Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only) (Allows user to view data in 'Manage Pending Hires' ).
• Employee Central Effective Dated Entities -> First Name, Last Name, other options that suit your needs (Controls which fields users can view or edit).
• Employee data -> First Name, Last Name, other the option that suits your needs.

Also, the Target Population of the user permission role must be assigned to External Onboarding Users.
