3449085 - SAP Spools are not printed from printer due to error "Device XXXX not capable of printing bitmaps"

Symptom

  • Print with an output device which uses SAPWIN device type and access method G or S.
  • Printer is installed on User's client PC or windows printer server. 
  • Below error occurs in sapwin_xxxxxx.log file

    Error: GetDeviceCaps failed: The parameter is incorrect
    Error: Device XXXX not capable of printing bitmaps.
