3449130 - Error Message 006 Occurred When Running Cash Flow Statements in the App “Run Statutory Reports”

You run the Cash Flow Statements in the app Run Statutory Reports. The following error message is displayed: "Assign Valid CF hier. ID value in Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the app Run Statutory Reports.
2. Fill out the mandatory fields in the selection criteria and click Go.
3. Choose one cash flow statement and enter the activity.
4. Click New Run and fill out the fields.
5. After the new run, the Report Run Status is Generated with Errors.
6. Enter the report generated. No document is generated. The following error message is displayed under the Log tab: "Assign Valid CF hier. ID value in Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting".

The G_CF_DIRECT_VERSION_ID or G_CF_INDIRECT_VERSION_ID in the configuration activity Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting (ID 101071) has not been maintained or does not exist in the configuration activity Define Cash Flow Statement Versions for Several Countries/Regions (ID 105331).

There are two solutions. Please choose one of them according to your business requirements.

• Change the ID in the configuration activity Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting (ID 101071) to the one that has already been maintained in the configuration activity Define Cash Flow Statement Versions for Several Countries/Regions(ID:105331); or
• Maintain the new ID in the configuration activity Define Cash Flow Statement Versions for Several Countries/Regions (ID 105331). You can do this by copying it to an existing or new entry and saving it.
