3449229 - Not Possible to set Additional Identifiers as Mandatory on Suppliers

You are trying to setup fields in the Additional Identifiers section of a supplier as mandatory, however there is no option to do so.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Supplier Base work center.
2. Enter the Suppliers view.
3. Click on the avatar icon at the top-right of the screen.
4. Click on Key User Settings.
5. Click on Start Adaptation Mode.
6. Click on the New button.
7. Click on the "Additional Identifiers" link.
8. Right click on the field that needs to be set as mandatory.

Here you can see that there is no option to set the field as mandatory.

Currently it is not possible to set additional identifiers as mandatory for Suppliers.

The system works as expected.
