3449235 - How to change the Employment status in Manage wokforce application?

Unable to set the employment status to Active or Inactive in Manage workforce application.

Status field is non modifiable.

Employment status is derived from the "valid from" and "valid to" dates.  You need to change them from the source system. 

For example:  If it is Excel Import then we have the Employment Status Field in the template. But there is no need to pass the Inactive Time split period with Employment status Zero, but need to pass the active time slice with the correct end date, the Inactive Status period will the automatically set by the system.
