3449243 - "Know Your Key People" picture/photo is not visible/displayed to onboardees - Onboarding

• The photo/picture of the Manager is not displayed/visible to the onboardee under "Know Your Key People".

1. Log in as the onboardee
2. Navigate to Onboarding > Onboarding Journey
3. Your Onboarding Guide > Know Your Key People
4. The photo/picture of the Manager is not displayed/visible to the onboardee under "Know Your Key People":

• Cause 1: The "Photo access for external users" is disabled in Onboarding General Settings.
• Cause 2: The permission "User Search" is granted but the Target Population is incorrect.

Solution 1: To enable to the picture/photo:

1. Go to Onboarding General Settings
2. User Settings
3. Enable the "Photo access for external users"

Solution 2: To enable the access for "Know Your Key People":

1. The permission "User Search" must be granted to the respective role of the onboardee with the Target Population: All(Employees)

• 3320505 - "Know your key people" section comes with blank information of employee - Onboarding
• 3041056 - [ONB 2.0] Recommend People & Assign a Buddy task - Employee name are not populated
