3449287 - Position title change does not reflect in Manage Recruiting Groups - Recruiting Management

• If a position title is changed and that position is listed as a people pool category in Manage Recruiting Groups, the new title does not reflect in Manage Recruiting Groups
• As a result, the users part of the position before the title change lose access to certain job requisitions

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Admin Center>Manage Recruiting Groups
2. Select any recruiting group>Edit
3. Click on the pool of positions
4. The old position title appears in the list and is selected
5. Search by the position number and the results will show the new title but it will appear as unselected, so the members in that position no longer have access to job requisitions as this recruiting group

Product Management have confirmed the position title change will not automatically update in the people pool in Manage Recruiting Groups. 

This change has to be done manually within Recruiting Groups as there is no sync:

1. Admin Center>Manage Recruiting Groups
2. Select any recruiting group>Edit
3. Click on the pool of positions
4. Search for position whose title has been changed
5. Select position so that members no longer lose access
