3449356 - Runtime error in 'Manage Prices - Sales' app - S/4HANA Cloud

During Condition Record creation in 'Manage Prices - Sales' app, user facing Runtime Error message. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open 'Manage Prices - Sales' app
2. Click on "Create"
3. Complete the required fields (Condition Type, Condition Table, Product, Customer Project ID, etc.)
4. Finally, click the "Save" button
5. The following error appears:

Runtime Error: 'RAISE_SHORTDUMP'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis.

This runtime error exception '/BOBF/CX_FRW_FATAL' is caused by some of the draft condition record lines (which user is currently trying to save) being locked by another user.

Please delete all current draft condition record lines and re-create/edit those condition records again.
