3449361 - Edit Proficiency Level Scale Error: Error LibraryType IDs: [XX]cannot be reset to proficiency set id -1 or null since they're already associated to valid proficiency set in the system

When trying to remove the proficiency level scale from an attribute type, receive an error:

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
3. Select the Attribute Types tab
4. Select an attribute type > Edit
5. In the Proficiency Level Scale dropdown, change the scale from the current selection to Choose a proficiency level scale > Save
6. Receive error

Expected behavior

Once an attribute type has been associated to a proficiency level scale, the proficiency level scale cannot be removed.
