3449370 - Backoffice Failing to Load due to ZK Errors and DesktopUnavailableException

Symptom

When trying to login the Backoffice, the error "500 - Internal Server Error" is noticed along with below ZK errors in screen:

Failed to mount: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'tBodies')
Failed to mount: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getAttribute')
Failed to mount: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'tBodies')
Failed to mount: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'tabIndex')
Failed to process invoke Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'tabIndex') (TypeError)
Failed to process setAttrs Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'style') (TypeError)
Failed to process setAttrs Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'style') (TypeError)
not found: setOpen
Failed to process invoke Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'apply') (TypeError)

One can trace the failed request in Dynatrace to find a similar exception and message to below:

Exception:

org.zkoss.zk.ui.DesktopUnavailableException

Message:

Unable to activate destroyed desktop, [Desktop z_{*****}:/cockpit.zul]
