3449402 - Is it possible for Learning External Users using Learning Sites to work with SSO?

The customer business needs that the Learning External Users accessing via Learning Sites to work with SSO.

• SAP Cloud Identity Services
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The Learning solution does not offer an SSO solution within its settings on Learning Administration.

On the other hand, the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Product Management (PM) and Engineering team confirmed it is possible for Learning External Users using Learning Sites to work with SSO from a corporate identity provider, which is supported by SF Identify Authentication Services (IAS), using one tenant that is also shared with SF Platform/BizX.
