There is no specific auditing provided from SF Time Tracking or SF EC Time Sheet functional level.

Instead, Change Audit Report from MDF framework can be used as workaround.

1. Enable Change Audit for Employee Time sheet, Employee Time Sheet Entry or other time sheet objects as per below KBA.
