3449443 - Wrong time zone in MB51 - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

While creating a Goods Movement, via MM transactions or confirming an Order, SAP System stores and displays the corresponding Material Document using a time zone which doesn't consider the time zone that end-user is located.

Material document time zone always shows up with 'UTC'.
