3449452 - Warning Message 009 Occurred When Running Cash Flow Statements in the App "Run Statutory Reports"

You run the Cash Flow Statements in the app Run Statutory Reports. The following warning messages are displayed: "Journal Entry &1 (Item &2) is assigned to multiple rpt. items: Rpt. Item &3" and "Journal Entry &1 (Item &2) is assigned to multiple rpt. items: Rpt. Item &4".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the app Run Statutory Reports.
2. Fill out the mandatory fields in the selection criteria and click Go.
3. Choose one cash flow statement and enter the activity.
4. Click New Run and fill out the fields.
5. After the new run, the Report Run Status is Generated with Warnings.
6. Click the View Status Log icon under the Actions column. The following warning messages are displayed: "Journal Entry &1 (Item &2) is assigned to multiple rpt. items: Rpt. Item &3" and "Journal Entry &1 (Item &2) is assigned to multiple rpt. items: Rpt. Item &4". Under the Log tab.

The configuration of the cash flow statement version is duplicate.

Based on the warning message, proceed as follows:

1. Find the G/L account in the journal entry under the app Manage Journal Entries.
2. Check the two duplicate items. Go to the defining accounts screen to see if there are duplicate assignments and check if the limiting parameter is also duplicate in the configuration activity Define Cash Flow Statement Versions for Several Countries/Regions (ID 105331) .
3. Keep the account configuration of only one item and delete the other one based on your business requirements.
