3449495 - Sales Order is still allowed to be created with Materials Marked for Deletion in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Although a material has been marked for deletion in the material master, users are still able to create a sales order using that material. When the material is added to the sales order, the system displays a warning message: "Material &1 is marked for deletion". However, the sales order can still be saved and processed despite this warning.
