3449510 - SAP Netweaver Java system NWA throughs Traffic Control Violation error due to SLD Synchronization failures

Symptom

  • Facing performance issue in NWA and eventually ends up with "Traffic Control violation" error.

  • Following error can be found in Java default trace:

    500 Internal Server Error is returned for HTTP request [https://SLDhostname:portno/sld/sync]:
      component [/SapErrorHandlerServlet],
      web module [sld],
      application [sap.com/com.sap.lcr],
      DC name [],
      CSN component[],
      problem categorization [],
      internal categorization [-684265799].
     
    [EXCEPTION]
    com.sap.bc.proj.jstartup.fca.FCAException: Error while postponing connection to queue xxxx: -3 no more memory for FCA.

  • SLD synchronization configuration exists in both of the SLDs of current Java system and the SLD recorded in above default trace.

    SLD home page (http(s):SLDhostname:portno/sld) -> Administration -> Synchronization
