3449527 - Agent Adminstrattion UI error "<hostname>\sapadm is not authorized to process the operation" in SAP Focused Run

The following errors occur when performing actions in the SAP Focused Run Agent Administration UI, such as "Install/Update Agent" or "Open Agent Internals":

CX_SRSM_DEPLOY_SMD_AGENT : Internal Server Error Failed to deploy SDA: Failed to stop tool with codebase /lmsl/sda, HTTP response code from DELETE request is 403 Repsonse body: Forbidden:  The user <hostname>\sapadm is not authorized to process the operation HTTPCallbackFailed to start /lmsl/sda 
Problem occurred in activity 'Install Diagnostics Agent' (SV-FRN-INF-SDA)

Open Agent Internals returns the same error, Forbidden: The user <hostname>\sapadm is not authorized to process the operation ExecuteOperation
