3449549 - Purchasing Info Record API fails to update tables EINA and EINE - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When updating an info record with API_INFORECORD_PROCESS_SRV, the PATCH method of Purchasing Info Record Purch. Org. Data returns status code 204.

The changed data is not saved into Info Record tables EINA and EINE.
