• The error message "Export failed: Unable to retrieve data" would appear when exporting chart as CSV file in a story based on the live data connection to BW system in SAC

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.2.16

1. Log on to SAC
2. Create a story based on the live data connection to BW models
3. Insert a chart into this story and make sure this chart contains blending BW models
4. Click on the three dot graph button beside this chart and select Export 
5. On this "Export as CSV" panel, leave export settings as default and click on OK directly
   => Observe that error message "Export failed: Unable to retrieve data" would appear

• The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

This issue has been addressed in version 2024.15.
