after S/4HANA upgrade, Table T247 entries for Language ZH was updated and changing the "Short Text" (T247- entries for MMM (JAN, FEB, MAR) to number (01, 02, 03).
when checking further, the ZH entry for December remains "DEC" and not updated to "12".
