For SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, the Nudge capability for pending job requisition approvals isn't available on the latest home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The Recruiting tile has some limitations on the latest home page, compared to the previous version: The "Nudge" functionality is not available for the approval of pending job requisitions. As a result, the existing capability to configure an email trigger for the nudge feature doesn't apply to the home page.
