3449667 - Bank name cannot be entered when creating new bank master data

When creating a new bank in app "Manage Banks - Master Data", the 'Bank Name' field is displayed with value help.
After filling in a bank name, it may be changed to another bank name that already exists.

Our development team has recognized this issue and complete a behavior updating.
This improvement is planned to be delivered with next release CE2408.

For now, the workaround is as below.

1. Enter the expected bank name.
2. Press 'Enter' on keyboard and it may be become to another name.
3. Change individual characters that need to be changed and press 'Enter' on keyboard quickly.

After CE2408 released, the 'Bank Name' field will become a text field without value help.
