Symptom
Customer created application log for Custom Application per https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/6aa39f1ac05441e5a23f484f31e477e7/7911b762cdc645418e591169933b77b2.html?q=Developer%20Extensibility, but is unable to read the log after created it. Error is "no log found in database".
