3449848 - Different Standard Price when creating new valuation segment

Symptom

- In a back posting the system uses the price in the current period, instead of the one in the previous period.
- In a posting to the previous period, the current price is assigned while creating a new valuation segment.
- System picks the standard price from MBEW (current period) instead of MBEWH (previous period)
