Symptom

CI-DS task fails with the following error:

Cannot connect to SAP Applications datastore <> using host <>, client <>, user <>, and system number <01: CRFC error: RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE- Unable to connect to <>. Please make sure the SAP server is running and the login information is correct.

One of the following network errors appear in the agent diagnostic logs:

    • SEVERE: Error while sending JES response to cloud: <>
    • SEVERE: Error while sending JES response to cloud: Read timed out
