3449892 - Duplicate profiles with different CIAM IDs in Contextual profile

Symptom

For some of user contextual profiles there are duplicated profiles with different CIAM IDs.

i. One of those contextual profiles is as unknown user and its CIAM ID matches

ii. One CIAM Id that is in the same users Unified profile.

How this could have happened? How can this issue be solved?
