Symptom

Exported report as PDF does not keep landscape orientation.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center
  2. Open Design reports view
  3. Search and open the report
  4. Run
  5. Change to Bar Chart 
  6. Click on the Three dots and download as PDF
  7. Open the PDF
  8. You are unable to see the chart in Landscape View

Cause

Orientation selection is currently unavailable when exporting a report to PDF.

Resolution

If the feature/functionality is needed as a matter of urgency, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
