3450011 - Dictionary entry description text appears as broken sentences when viewed in Process Collaboration Hub

Dictionary entry description not presenting correctly in Collaboration Hub. The sentences appear broken when the text for a Dictionary entry is viewed in Collaboration Hub.

1. Open Process Manager

2. Navigate to Dictionary

3. Click 'Create New'

4. Input description (text) into the newly created entry, including backspaces within the description text

5. Press 'Create@

6. Navigate to Process Collaboration Hub

7. Press on Dictionary 

8. View the newly created dictionary entry in Process Collaboration Hub

Dictionary entries that have backspaces (carriage returns) applied to the text in mid-sentence when initially created in Dictionary, may appear to show as 'broken sentences' rather than a complete paragraph of text in Process Collaboration Hub. To resolve please refer to below steps:

1. Navigate to Dictionary

2. Click on the Dictionary entry with the problematic formatting when viewed in Process Collaboration Hub

3. Click edit the Dictionary entry within Dictionary.

4. Click on the 'Simple Editing Mode' icon on the far-right hand side of the dictionary entry

5. Click on Switch to Simple Editing Mode

6. A warning message will appear 'Advance formatting options are not available in the simple editing mode. If you continue, all existing formatting options can be lost.'

7. To remove any existing formatting (such as back spaces/carriage returns), Press OK.

8. Press save.

9. Navigate back to Process Collaboration Hub 

10. View Dictionary entry in Process Collaboration Hub 

11. The Dictionary entry will now display as a full complete paragraph rather than in broken text.
