3450078 - Rollover for Interest rate instrument

Symptom

You use Transaction Manager of Treasury and Risk management. You want to use the functionality Rollover for Interest rate instrument.

However, in transaction code FTR_EDIT, when you enter the transaction number for Interest rate instrument, it may happen that

- When you click Rollover, a popup "Branch to Transaction Processing" is displayed with message "The transaction cannot be processed using this function".

- Rollover functionality is greyed out.

- Error message T4089 "Activity not allowed; Paral. Condn is not selected for cash flow calc." is issued.
