3450093 - Field Incoterms (Part 2) is not visible in VA01/VA02/VA03

Symptom

Field Incoterms (Part 2)(VBKD-INCO2) is invisible in VA01/VA02/VA03. Even removing invisible option for this field and activate/save the change in table setting, this field is still not visible in sales order overview screen.
