3450114 - Putaway warehouse task is not confirmed automatically even the customizing is set for customzing "Define Warehouse Process Type" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• The putaway WT is created automatically after goods receipt for Production Order with APP "Post Goods Movement" (APP ID MIGO).
• The putaway WT is not confirmed automatically even the "Propose Confirmation" and "Confirm Immediately" flags are set for customizing "Define Warehouse Process Type".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to APP "Post Goods Movement" (APP ID MIGO), Select "Goods Receipt" -> Order -> enter production order number.
2. Set Storage bin at "Warehouse Management" tab.
3. Tick "Item" and click "Post".
4. Material Document is created.
5. Go to APP Warehouse Monitor and find the open Warehouse Task for putaway, it remains as "Open".

This is expected system behaviour.

• The setting "Propose Confirmation" and "Confirm Immediately" in the Customizing "Define Warehouse Process Type" is to default the automatic confirmation not to force. 
• It can always be overruled by processes if the warehouse task is created in background.
• Currently it is not supported to confirm putaway warehouse task automatically by synchronous goods receipt with APP Post Goods Movement (APP ID MIGO). The reason for it is because of the complexity of the update processes, which run in the background. If allow the immediately confirm function, no longer guarantee that it will still work properly. 
• It is still possible if the warehouse task is created with APPs like Warehouse Monitor, Run Outbound Process, Manage Outbound Orders, etc.....
