3450178 - The item "Delivery Status" is displayed as "Fully Delivered" although the "Delivered Quantity" is smaller than the "Order Quantity"

Symptom

The "Delivery Status" is displayed as "Fully Delivered" under the "Status" tab of sales order item, although the "Delivered Quantity" is smaller than the "Order Quantity" of this item.

Cause

The root cause lies in that, the indicator "Fixed Date and Qty" has been flagged under the item-level "Schedule Lines" tab.

Resolution

When the indicator "Fixed Date and Qty" is flagged, the system will use the confirmed quantity to calculate the required delivery quantity.
