3450276 - The RO_VAT_300 (BEFORE 4) generated errors like "Field RXX_1 is lower than sum of fields RXX_1_1, RXX_2_1 and RXX_3_1"

Symptom

This KBA describes functionality BEFORE version 4 of the RO_VAT_300 introduced by SAP note 3667668. 
For the latest version (since 01.08.2025), please refer to SAP note 3686220. 

The DRC-based report VAT Return (VAT 300 Declaration), RO_VAT_300, generated with one or more error messages listed below:

  • Field R12_1 is lower than sum of fields R12_1_1, R12_2_1 and R12_3_1.
  • Field R12_2 is lower than sum of fields R12_1_2, R12_2_2 and R12_3_2.
  • Field R25_1 is lower than sum of fields R25_1_1, R25_2_1 and R25_3_1.
  • Field R25_2 is lower than sum of fields R25_1_2, R25_2_2 and R25_3_2.
