3450421 - Import Purchase Order Close Status aborted due to error

Symptom

When I try to import the acknowledgement or response for the order close integration import task, Import Purchase Order Close Status or Import Purchase Order Close Status ID, the order isn't updated and I get the following error on the import task:

Error executing trigger IntegrationPreUpdate on EP123-V2 ([ariba.purchasing.core.ERPOrder [BaseId 123456789012 ABCdEFgHJK0LMN 0abcdef1.gh23i]]) with data {
FieldOrder = ( UniqueName, OrderID );
OrderID = "File \"PurchaseOrderCloseStatusHeaderImport.csv\" (line 2, column Po_Id): 'EP123'";
UniqueName = EP123-V2;
