You would like to know if two (or multiple) providers can be used for CTI in Live Activity.

As per the document below, it is possible to implement multiple CTI providers in the same tenant by using a BAdi, however, you cannot use them for the same user at the same time.

*You will have to develop your custom logic to allocate a specific CTI URL endpoint based on a business role or employee org unit, for example, as per the document. Essentially, BAdi bypasses the Live Activity configuration, and will replace the External Provider URL with the one defined in the BAdi's logic.
