3450469 - RFC fails with CALL_FUNCTION_SNC_NAME_NOT_FND error, when system data shows "Canonical name not defined" on SNC0

Symptom

The RFC connection on SM59 via SNC fails with the error:

CALL_FUNCTION_SNC_NAME_NOT_FND

Sysid "<SID>" in target system in table SNCSYSACL is not allowed. SNC
name="<SNC name of the system>"

On SNC0, the system data shows "Canonical name not defined".
