3450473 - KZ-FI: Substring access (offset = 0, length = 1) to a data object of the size 0 exceeds valid boundaries.

Symptom

When the user attempts to create XML for an outgoing e-Invoice in transaction RPFIKZ_REGINV (Invoice Journal (Kazakhstan)), the XML is not generated. The following error message appears in the application log:
