Symptom
Data dimension is not reflected in the new model type in SAC.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud
Flat file
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC.
- Go to Modeler.
- Under Create New click on Model.
- Select Start with data
- Select data source as File (Local File or File Server).
- Choose Local System.
- Select source file from the system.
- Click on import.
- Check the dimension of date field.
Resolution
In the source file, the date field should be applied in supported formats like MMYYYY etc.
