3450497 - Preference Calculation – Comparison method 3 (Tariff Shift) is set automatically for agreement EUJP

Symptom

When the preference calculation is executed for a certain product, the system returns Comparison Method 3 (Tariff Shift) for the EU-Japan (JEFTA) agreement. This happens regardless that all other agreements return Comparison Method 1 (Transaction Value Method).
