3450668 - 'View Printed Results' Is Greyed Out for Statutory Report Journal Entry Voucher - China

The 'View Printed Results' button in Journal Entry Voucher - China view is greyed out.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to General Ledger work center.
2. Go to Statutory Reports view.
3. Search and open Journal Entry Voucher - China.
4. Select the Report Run and you can see 'View Printed Results' is greyed out.

The run is scheduled but not printed in the system.

There are two options for printing the results of a report run:

• Using Print Results.

This option enables to first view and check the report run results before printing the PDF. Once the run is scheduled and finished, it is possible to click on 'Print Results' to generate the printed results.

• Using Schedule and Print.

The 'Schedule and Print' button enables to schedule the report run and create a printed copy of the report directly, that is, without checking the report run results. The printout is stored as a PDF attachment of the report run and available in the overview of created runs.
