3450777 - The Personal Data Collection data validation rule/hire template rule is not working - Onboarding

The execution result of the data validation rule or hire template rule configured during the Personal Data Collection step is not as expected, although the candidate matches the rule condition.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Data validation rule/hire template rule was configured during the Personal Data Collection step.

2. Onboarding was initiated for a candidate, who proceeded to the PDC step.

3. Though the candidate's data matches the rule condition, the expected result from the rule execution is not obtained.

The field that serves as a rule condition has its object visibility for external users set to "No".

Using the External User Visibility tool, update the related object to be visible to new hires during the Personal Data Collection step.
