Symptom

  • Custom theme is not reflecting on Work Zone when accessed via the default (ondemand.com) domain but reflects correctly when accessed via the custom domain (or vice versa, working correctly on default domain but does not reflect correctly on custom domain). 
  • Theme not displayed correctly on Work Zone
  • Custom theme is only working for custom domain but not on ondemand.com URL
